Sumario:Rathke's cleft cyst (RCC) are benign, epithelium-lined sellar and suprasellar cysts believed to originate from remnants of the Rathke pouch. Subsequently we discuss the distinct rarity of entirely suprasellar RCC presenting in this fashion and the relevant literature is also discussed.
