Sumario: | We report the first observed case of Kimura's disease occurring during hemodialysis, involving the thoracic and abdominal lymph nodes, which spontaneously resolved nearly completely after two months. Early diagnosis and recognition of Kimura's disease may spare both the patient and doctor from the need for unnecessary invasive diagnostic procedures. Therefore, we emphasize that we need to have a high index of suspicion regarding Kimura's disease. |
