Sumario: | This review provides an updated overview of the management of metastatic colorectal cancer (CRC). The role of k-ras and braf testing in helping select systemic therapy that includes cetuximab or bevacizumab is clarified. Current management of metastatic CRC is based on careful attention to these finer points, explained in this article. |
