description Primary retroperitoneal müllerian adenocarcinoma (PRMA) is an extremely rare clinical entity. Computed tomography confirmed a retroperitoneal mass measuring 11 cm. The patient underwent laparotomy and the mass was completely excised. The histopathological exam revealed PRMA.
