description A 42-year-old man patient presented with progressively increasing, occasionally painful lump in the left upper and central abdomen. Tumor recurred in the abdominal surgical scar 1.5 years after surgery. We are reporting this case because of rarity of metastatic recurrence of an adrenocortical carcinoma in the abdominal surgical scar 1.5 years after resection of primary tumor.
