Bilateral Sertoli-Leydig Cell Tumor in a Primigravida: A Rare Case

We present a unique case of incidentally discovered bilateral Sertoli Leydig cell tumour in a primigravida who displayed no features of virilization. The apha fetoprotein levels were elevated.
