Sumario: | This case report presents delayed replantation of avulsed teeth after extended extraoral period and nonphysiological storage. Yet, long-term prognosis is not good, it presents alternate treatment modality to immediately restore esthetic and function as well as to promote the growth of alveolar crest for proper eruption of adjacent unaffected teeth until a definite prosthetic treatment seems appropriate.
