Sumario: | The “Tako-Tsubo syndrome” is a rare, transient, reversible hypokinesia of distal part of left ventricle, with normal coronary arteries. Our report highlights the electrocardiographic changes with the progression of this syndrome and the challenges we faced in managing the case. |
