Xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis (XGPN) mimicking a “renal cell carcinoma with renal vein thrombus and paracaval lymphadenopathy”

We present a case of Xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis mimicking as a renal cell carcinoma. This was an elderly lady who presented with pyonephrosis due to urolithiasis.
