Sumario:Fisher (2007-2008) has carried out an analysis of physician productivity that is the most thorough to date. Because of limitations in the data, however, he is forced to make many assumptions to arrive at his estimates. This evaluation describes six assumptions to which the results are likely to be relatively sensitive as well as a number of other assumptions to which the results are likely to be less sensitive.
