Prevalence of Salmonella Infection in Dogs in Maiduguri, Northeastern Nigeria

The prevalence and antimicrobial sensitivity of Salmonella from dogs in Maiduguri Metropolis were determined using standard bacteriological methods to assess the risk of possible transmission of Salmonella infection from dogs to humans.
