Modification-dependent restriction endonuclease, MspJI, flips 5-methylcytosine out of the DNA helix

MspJI belongs to a family of restriction enzymes that cleave DNA containing 5-methylcytosine (5mC) or 5-hydroxymethylcytosine (5hmC).
