Sumario:Osteomalacia is a metabolic bone disorder characterized by an alternation of bone mineralization, bone pain, increased bone fragility and fractures. A 23-year-old female patient reported with short stature and depressed nasal bridge with oral manifestation showing partial anodontia and periodontitis. This case report attempt to highlights clinical, radiographic, biochemical features of osteomalacia and periodontitis.
