Sumario:Little is known about the success rate of second attempts to open chronic total occlusions. Two-vessel occlusion makes the procedure is even more challenging. Thus, embarking on complete percutaneous revascularization of such lesions requires adequate experience, especially after first unsuccessful attempt.
