Effects of Benzyl Isothiocyanate and Its N-Acetylcysteine Conjugate on Induction of Detoxification Enzymes in Hepa1c1c7 Mouse Hepatoma Cells
The induction of detoxification enzymes by benzyl isothiocyanate (BITC) and its synthetic N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC) conjugate (NAC-BITC) was examined in Hepa1c1c7 murine hepatoma cells.
