Sumario:Authors report a case of right orbital intraconal abducens nerve schwannoma in a 32-year lady, who presented with a sense of tightness and discomfort in right eye on looking extreme right side since 4 months. The tumor was totally excised with functional preservation of the nerve by superior orbitotomy. The clinical, radiological features and the management are discussed.
