Sumario: | The correlation between hypoxia and pancreatic cancer has long been discussed. Hao’s research team made many efforts on revealing the oncogenic function of hypoxic inducible factor-1 (HIF-1) in pancreatic cancer progression and development in recent years. Based on their research, they linked micro-environmental regulation of pancreatic cancer and its clinical significance. Hao’s research team suggests it is a promising approach to target HIF-1 for the management of pancreatic cancer progression and invasion. |
