Sumario:We describe an adolescent patient presenting with hemoptysis. Detailed clinical work up of the patient showed right ventricular thrombus and bilateral pulmonary artery aneurysms along with the prescribed criteria for the diagnosis of Behcet's disease. Younger age of the patient was another distinctive feature of this case. Six months of therapy with cyclophosphamide and prednisolone resulted in near complete clinicoradiological response.
