Sumario:Immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) patients are at high risk for bleeding complications regarding surgeries involving cardiopulmonary bypass. The positive outcome of this case may suggest that pulmonary endarterectomy surgery is performed safely for ITP patients.
