Complete Genome Sequence of a Classical Swine Fever Virus Isolate Belonging to a New Subgenotype, 2.1c, from Guangxi Province, China

The complete genome sequence of a field isolate of classical swine fever strain (CSFV), GXF29/2013, was determined in this study. This strain was originally isolated from infected pigs in Guangxi Province, China. The most significant difference in the amino acid sequence of the polyprotein from subg...

Sumario:The complete genome sequence of a field isolate of classical swine fever strain (CSFV), GXF29/2013, was determined in this study. This strain was originally isolated from infected pigs in Guangxi Province, China. The most significant difference in the amino acid sequence of the polyprotein from subgenotypes 2.1a and 2.1b is an SPA→APV amino acid substitution at positions 88 and 90 in the E2 protein.
