Sumario:Cardiac hydatid cysts are rarely seen. The presentation of an acute lower limb ischemia secondary to embolization from an interventricular hydatic cyst is also rare. We describe a case of a 30-year-old-man who presented with acute lower limb ischemia revealing hydatid cyst of the interventricular septum and septal defect, and who was operated on successfully.
