Atypical manifestation of cat-scratch disease: isolated epigastric pain in an immunocompetent, 12-year-old child

We present a 12-year-old immunocompetent girl with hepato splenic cat-scratch disease (CSD). Her sole inaugural complaint was isolated epigastric pain.
