Fluorescence-Guided Surgery of Liver Metastasis in Orthotopic Nude-Mouse Models

We report here the development of fluorescence-guided surgery of liver metastasis. HT29 human colon cancer cells expressing green fluorescent protein (GFP) were initially injected in the spleen of nude mice.
