Sumario:Stent entrapment is a very rare complication of percutaneous coronary intervention. The interventional approach could be a treatment strategy. However, if it does not work, surgical treatment should be considered. Here, we report a case of surgical treatment of stent entrapment in the left coronary sinus of a 53-year-old male patient.
