Erector Spinal Muscular Schwannoma of the Dorsal Ramus Nerve: A Case Report

We present a rare case of intramuscular schwannoma originating from the dorsal ramus nerve in a 62-year-old woman. The mass grew slowly, with pain developing upon touch five years prior.
