Detection of antibodies against Chlamydophila abortus in Costa Rican sheep flocks
A total of 359 sheep samples from 15 flocks were analyzed for the presence of antibodies against Chlamydophila abortus using a commercial Enzyme linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA).
