Clozapine induced pancytopenia leading to severe sepsis: an unusual early complication

BACKGROUND: Clozapine is a second generation antipsychotic used to treat resistant schizophrenia and other psychotic illnesses. Leucopenia or agranulocytosis is a rare side effect of this drug.
