Sumario: | Organizing pneumonia (OP) is a clinicopathological entity that occurs idiopathically or in association with several conditions such as connective tissue diseases. Multicentric reticulohistiocytosis (MRH) is a systemic disease characterized by polyarthritis and mucocutaneous lesions, but lung involvement is uncommon.
