The increase in CCT values of 1(st) week and 1(st) month was statistically significant, but those of 3(rd) month, 6(th) month, 1(st) year, and 2(nd) year were not significant. In conclusion, phacoemulsification surgery decreases IOP and increases ACD and ICA in the short-term. However, in the long-term it does not cause any significant changes. |
