Datapresented are images of photo-induced thrombotic ischemic stroke in wild-type mice, AßPP(−)(/)(−) mice and APLP2(−)(/)(−) mice, and the calculated infarct volume show approximately 40% and 33%, respectively, larger cerebral infarcts compared to wild-type mice.
