Solvation structure around ruthenium(II) tris(bipyridine) in lithium halide solutions

The solvation of the ruthenium(II) tris(bipyridine) ion ([Ru(bpy)(3)](2+)) is investigated with molecular dynamics simulations of lithium halide solutions in polar solvents.
