Poorly cohesive adenocarcinoma of the ampulla of Vater: a case report

A 47-year-old Japanese male was submitted to pancreaticoduodenectomy for an ampullary cancer. Pathologically, the ampullary cancer was poorly cohesive adenocarcinoma without tubular structure.
