Augmentation of Endoxifen Exposure in Tamoxifen-Treated Women Following SSRI Switch

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: The anti-oestrogen tamoxifen requires metabolic activation to endoxifen by cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymes, predominantly CYP2D6.
