SIMULTANEOUS BILATERAL TEAR OF THE KNEE EXTENSOR MECHANISM IN A PRE-ADOLESCENT: CASE REPORT

Unilateral tearing of a patellar tendon and a contralateral sleeve fracture in a pre-adolescent are rare lesions.
