Effect of Desmopressin on Platelet Aggregation and Blood Loss in Patients Undergoing Valvular Heart Surgery

BACKGROUND: Blood loss after cardiac surgery can be caused by impaired platelet (PLT) function after cardiopulmonary bypass.
