Sumario:A method of formulating a reinforcement lithium disilicate ceramic ingot was proposed. The ceramic ingot was broken manually with a mallet to finer particles. The sectioned ingot is ball milled along with 10% of nano zirconia by weight to obtain the desired powder. The reinforced powder is condensed in a 5 ml disposable syringe by powder slurry technique. The compacted ceramic were sintered at 900°C to obtain ceramic ingots. The reinforced ceramic ingots were used in pressable ceramic machines to obtain the desired advantages of zirconia reinforcement and pressable ceramic system.
