Sumario:Sarcoidotic involvement of the liver is frequent, albeit uncommonly symptomatic. Anicteric cholestasis and portal hypertension are the main complications. Budd-Chiari syndrome is a little known and exceptional complication of hepatic sarcoidosis. We present a case of A 45-year-old woman suffering from hepatic sarcoidosis who developed Budd-Chiari syndrome.
