RESULTS: showed disseminated Cryptococcosis in an HIV/AIDS patient which was confirmed with special stains. CONCLUSION: cryptococcal infection occurs in HIV /AIDS patients in Ghanaian and when clinically suspected the diagnosis should be pursued vigorously.
