Sumario:Leiomyosarcoma typically occurs within the uterus, gastrointestinal tract, and mesentery. Primary skeletal leiomyosarcoma is exceedingly rare. The radiographic appearance is similar to that of other aggressive sarcomas of the bone. Definitive diagnosis is achieved through biopsy or excision and pathologic review.
