In contrast, the rarer form, primary angiosarcoma, arises sporadically in premenopausal women who present with palpable masses. Primary angiosarcoma accounts for 1 in 2,500 cases (0.04%) of breast cancer (1). The described patient presented with primary breast angiosarcoma. Ultrasound, mammography, and magnetic resonance imaging findings are presented.
