The incidence of tuberculosis among hiv-positive individuals with high CD4 counts: implications for policy

BACKGROUND: Intensified case finding (ICF) and earlier antiretroviral therapy (ART) initiation are strategies to reduce burden of HIV-associated tuberculosis (TB).
