Perinatal Management for a Pregnant Woman with an MYH9 Disorder

We diagnosed a primipara woman with an MYH9 disorder during her pregnancy. A peripheral blood smear with an immunofluorescence analysis is the established method of diagnosing MYH9 disorders.
