We are reporting about a database of protein–protein interactions in huge macromolecular assemblies (PIMADb) that records the intrinsic details of 189,532 interchain interactions in 40,049 complexes from the Protein Data Bank. These details include the results of the quantification and analysis of all the interactions in the complex.
