Draft Genome Sequences of Two Magnetotactic Bacteria, Magnetospirillum moscoviense BB-1 and Magnetospirillum marisnigri SP-1

We report here the draft genome sequences of two recently isolated magnetotactic species, Magnetospirillum moscoviense BB-1 and Magnetospirillum marisnigri SP-1.
