A novel mechanical simulator for cannulation and sphincterotomy after Billroth II or Roux-en-Y reconstruction

Introduction: In patients with Billroth II (B II) or Roux-en-Y anatomy, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is demanding.
