Urethral Solitary Fibrous Tumor: A Rare Pathologic Diagnosis of a Periurethral Mass

Solitary fibrous tumors (SFTs) may occur at any site in the body. SFTs can only be conclusively diagnosed based on histopathologic and immunohistochemical characteristics of the tumor.
