Efficient exciton generation in atomic passivated CdSe/ZnS quantum dots light-emitting devices
We demonstrate the first-ever surface modification of green CdSe/ZnS quantum dots (QDs) using bromide anions (Br(-)) in cetyl trimethylammonium bromide (CTAB).
