Sumario: | Addison’s disease is a rare condition. Its onset of symptoms most often is nonspecific contributing to a diagnostic and therapeutic delay. Acute renal failure can be the first manifestation of this disease. Patient’s condition dramatically improved after treatment with intravenous rehydration; injectable hydrocortisone. |
