Dispersing upconversion nanocrystals in a single silicon microtube
Nanocrystals of Ln(3+) (Ln = Yb, Tm and Ho) doped β-NaLuF(4) with average diameter about 200 nm are dispersed in silica-based microtube (MT) by a simple flame heating method.
