Interface effects and the evolution of ferromagnetism in La(2/3)Sr(1/3)MnO(3) ultrathin films

Pulse laser deposited La(2/3)Sr(1/3)MnO(3) ultrathin films on SrTiO(3) substrates were characterized by polar and longitudinal Kerr magneto-optical spectroscopy.
